It was written by the Ravikirti, court poet of Chalukya King, Pulakeshi II who reigned from 610 to 642 CE.

It is a Kakatiya inscription in Warangal (Telangana).

Rudradeva issued Hanumakonda inscription about the victories of Prolaraja II in 1163 AD.

रुद्रदेव ने 1163 ईस्वी में प्रोलाराजा II की विजयों के बारे में हनुमकोंडा शिलालेख जारी किया।

Allahabad Pillar

Prayag Inscription/Prayag Prasasti/Allahabad Pillar is an inscription attributed to Gupta Emperor Samudragupta.

It exists on the same Pillar which was put by Ashoka in 3^rd Century BC. Later Mughal Emperor Jahangir also engraved his inscription on the same pillar.

It was written by Harishena, the poet and minister of Samudragupta in excellent Sanskrit language and Brahmi script.

The inscription is a praising Samudragupta and lists the political and military achievements of his reign

'इलाहाबाद स्तंभ'

प्रयाग शिलालेख/प्रयाग प्रशस्ति/इलाहाबाद स्तंभ एक शिलालेख है जो गुप्त सम्राट समुद्रगुप्त से संबंधित है।

यह उसी स्तंभ पर मौजूद है जिसे अशोक ने 3^री शताब्दी ईसा पूर्व में स्थापित किया था। बाद में मुगल सम्राट जहांगीर ने भी उसी स्तंभ पर अपना शिलालेख अंकित किया।

यह हरिषेण द्वारा लिखा गया था, जो समुद्रगुप्त के कवि और मंत्री थे, उत्कृष्ट संस्कृत भाषा और ब्राह्मी लिपि में।

यह शिलालेख समुद्रगुप्त की प्रशंसा करता है और उनके शासनकाल की राजनीतिक और सैन्य उपलब्धियों को सूचीबद्ध करता है।

Alapedu Grant Inscription

This inscription gives detailes about the reign of Rani Rudrama Devi of Kakatiya Dynasty.

It talks about the marriage of third daughter of Rani Rudrama to a Yadava Prince.

Kakatiya dynasty rose to become a major force in the southern peninsular of India in the 12th and 13th centuries.

The first king of kakatiyas was Gundaya Raj(956-996AD). Among all the rulers the most prominent ones are Prola I,Prola II,Rudra(1158-1195AD), Mahadeva(1196-1199AD), Ganapatideva (1199-1262AD),Rudrama Devi (1262-1289AD).

Rani Rudrama devi assended to the throne in 1259 AD and was the first woman ruler in South India.
