Asad Ali Khan

Asad Ali Khan (1937 –2011) was an Indian musician who played the plucked string instrument rudra veena.

Khan performed in the style dhrupad and was described as one of the best living rudra veena player in India.

He was awarded the Indian civilian honor Padma Bhushan in 2008.

खान ने ध्रुपद (dhrupad) शैली में प्रदर्शन किया और उन्हें भारत में सबसे अच्छे जीवित रुद्र वीणा (rudra veena) वादकों में से एक के रूप में वर्णित किया गया।

Sajjad Hussain

He was the son of Gulam Mohammed Khan who invented Surbahar (a type of large, bass sitar) in 1825.

The surbahar was reportedly popularised in the nineteenth century by, Sajjad Hussain.

The surbahar was a specialised instrument used only in performances of certain types of instrumental classical Indian music.

' सज्जाद हुसैन' ।

वह गुलाम मोहम्मद खान के पुत्र थे जिन्होंने 1825 में सुरबहार (Surbahar) (एक प्रकार का बड़ा, बास सितार) का आविष्कार किया।

Ustad Zakir Hussain is an Indian tabla player, composer, percussionist, music producer and film actor.

He is the eldest son of tabla player Ustad Alla Rakha.

He was awarded the Padma Shri in 1988 and the Padma Bhushan in 2002.

उस्ताद ज़ाकिर हुसैन एक भारतीय तबला वादक, संगीतकार, पर्कशनिस्ट (percussionist), संगीत निर्माता और फिल्म अभिनेता हैं।

वह तबला वादक उस्ताद अल्ला रक्खा के सबसे बड़े बेटे हैं।

Bismillah Khan

Bismillah Khan (1916 –2006) was an Indian musician credited with popularizing the shehnai, a reeded woodwind instrument.

While the shehnai had long held importance as a folk instrument played primarily schooled in traditional ceremonies, Khan is credited with elevating its status and bringing it to the concert stage.

He was awarded India's highest civilian honour, the Bharat Ratna, in 2001.

He became the third classical musician of India after M.S.Subbalakshmi and Ravi Shankar to be awarded the Bharat Ratna.

बिस्मिल्लाह खान (1916 –2006) एक भारतीय संगीतकार थे जिन्हें शहनाई, एक रीडेड
