In the given figure ‘B’ lies between two cyclone zone ‘A’ and ‘D’. At the location indicated by "B," the warm air mass is being lifted the most. Because this uplift is relatively rapid along a steep frontal gradient, the condensed water vapour quickly organizes itself into cumulus and then cumulonimbus clouds. Hence, it experiences torrential rainfall that is accompanied by lightning and thunder.
Cumulonimbus clouds produce heavy precipitation and can develop into severe thunderstorms if conditions are right.
