      ○ The Mekong River is a major river flowing through China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
  ● Mount Kinabalu in Malaysia is the highest peak in Southeast Asia.  
      ○ The region is known for its significant biodiversity and tropical climate.
  ● ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) is a key regional organization.  

•   Myanmar shares a border with Thailand to the east. The border stretches for approximately 2,416 kilometers and is the longest land border that Myanmar has with any country.

•   The border is formed by the Tenasserim Hills and the Mekong River, and it is a significant trade route between the two countries.

•   Myanmar shares a border with Laos to the east. The border between the two countries is relatively short, spanning around 238 kilometers.

•   The border is formed by the Shan Hills and the Mekong River, and it serves as a connection point for trade and cultural exchange between Myanmar and Laos.

•   Myanmar shares a border with Bangladesh to the west. The border stretches for approximately 271 kilometers.
